Overdose Outreach Team (OOT) - North Shore

The Overdose Outreach Team is a voluntary outreach team supporting people at risk of overdose or who have recently overdosed. We provide short-term (three to six months) support to help individuals stabilize, increase safety, and connect to longer-term services.
Services include:
- Access to OAT and prescribed alternatives
- Support exploring detox, treatment, and recovery
- Connection to primary care and urgent medical attention
- Help with ID and income assistance
- Support with housing steps (BC Housing, SAFER, etc.)
- Personalized overdose safety planning
- Naloxone, harm reduction supplies, fentanyl test strips
- Connection to harm reduction services
