An opportunity to provide the Ministry of Health with complaints or concerns.
To make a formal complaint regarding the quality of care received, or to receive more information about making a complaint, start by contacting the Patient Care Quality Office in your health region.

The Patient and Client Relations team answers calls and emails from the public on behalf of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions. The team can get answers to concerns or connect you to the right location that will provide the answers needed.
