Youth Mental Health Club

Provided by Moving Forward Family Services Society

Utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) methods in helping students work on improving their mental health
The program is for youth aged 11- 18 years.

Discussions, activities, games and worksheets will be utilized to help all understand themselves, their mental health and CBT the material.

Weekly sessions will take place, each lasting 1.5 hours, for a total of 10 sessions. These meetings will be conducted via Zoom on Thursdays at 4:00 p.m.
