Provides group and peer support for mothers.
A free online group for moms with children aged zero to four. The group is eight weeks long and occurs on a recurring basis. Topics covered include:
  • Combatting low mood and anxiety
  • Motherhood and relationships
  • Processing birth stories
  • Navigating infant sleep
  • Parenting and attachment experiences
  • Resources for normal infant development
