Services at each Public Health Unit include:
Pediatric and Nursing Support Services: Services and care for children with chronic health, medical complexities and special needs.
Vision: Public education and referrals to optometry.
Nutrition: Dietitians provide information and support related to food and nutrition via consultations, clinics, and health promotion.

In qathet General Hospital - 5000 Joyce Avenue, Powell River, British Columbia, V8A 5R3
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Entry at 3rd floor Powell River Community Health entrance, 3rd floor - need to call PH reception 604-485-3310 to ask to be let in for appointments. Alternatively, clients may enter at level 2 hospital main entrance. Access by appointment only. Interpreter must be pre-booked.
Service is available in English.
